My Story

I had gut problems for so long that I didn’t even remember what it felt like to feel normal. I had severe allergies as a child, food sensitivities, gas and bloating, alternating constipation and diarrhea. I didn’t discover until medical school and afterwards, when analyzing my own case, that I also had yeast overgrowth, toxic mold exposure, and histamine intolerance!

It took me years to unravel how my various obstacles to cure contributed to my overall symptoms, and which building blocks for healing I lacked.

I created this course in order to shorten the process for you, to streamline the steps and help you get your life back!

Program Overview:
Eliminate Obstacles to Cure

Week 1: Detox Your HOME

Halogenated flame retardants, or HFRs: Linked to thyroid disruption, reproductive and developmental problems, immune suppression, and cancer.

Week 2: Detox Your Kitchen

Bisphenol A (BPA): Used in hard plastics and in the resin lining the insides of most food and beverage cans. BPA binds to and stimulates the estradiol receptor. Unfortunately, some plastics labeled BPA-free have similar effects, as well.

Week 3: Detox Your Bathroom/Toiletries

Phthalates: Not only estrogenic, they have been found to increase apoptosis, or programmed cell death, particularly in testicular cells. Linked to breast cancer, birth defects, low sperm count, obesity, diabetes, and thyroid problems.

Week 4: Detox Your Kitchen

Make a list of your goals. Separate them into personal and professional areas, and within each category, separate those into long and short term goals.

Make a list of priorities for each day, and keep it short.

Week 5: Restorative Sleep

According to the National Sleep Foundation,
there’s a range based on your age and your genetics.

I recommend finding an average number at which you can function well and sticking to it.
