Ways to Incorporate More Pomegranates Into Your Diet
- Juice is the easiest way — I like to do about half pomegranate juice, half carbonated water
- Cut open a pomegranate, scrape the seeds and pith into water, and let them soak. Later, it will be much easier to separate the seeds from the pith. Spoon the seeds over granola, Greek yogurt, salads, or into smoothies.
