Ways to Incorporate More Bananas Into Your Diet:

  • As a snack, with nuts or nut butter
  • In a smoothie: 1 banana, 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tbsp raw cacao powder, 1 cup unsweetened nut milk, handful of ice
  • Try these recipes (I’ve tried them all and gave them 5 stars!)
    • PALEO BANANA BREAD MUFFINS (DAIRY FREE, NUT FREE)
    • Frozen banana bites: 2 chopped bananas, melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nut butter. Dip each banana piece in the mix, set on wax paper and put in the freezer until frozen. Store in the freezer.
