This has to be one of the best combinations of flavors ever… plus, you get the anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits of ginger!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh red grapes
  • 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
  • About 1 tbsp of fresh ginger (grate it first if you have a lower powered blender; otherwise you can just scrape off the skin with a carrot scraper and drop the whole thing in there.)
  • Handful of ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put the fruit in the blender.
  2. Add the ginger on top.
  3. Add ice on top of that. 
  4. Blend on high for about a minute.
  5. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
